Inferno: Nostos is both an upgraded version of the classic Inferno and an original campaign, covering the first half of the EA war to the arrival of the Shivans in Ross 128. Experience a revamped act 1, with upgraded missions and one of the largest modpack fleets ever in the history of FreeSpace modding. [size=14pt][b]Featuring[/b][/size] [b]15[/b] missions covering the first half of the EA war to the arrival of the Shivans in Ross 128, ranging in scope from the largest fleet battles to smaller assault missions. Wingmen that know how to tactically disarm in battle, innovative persistence systems where every ship might just matter and select checkpoint missions bring gameplay to the next level. [b]~100[/b] new ship classes, including HTL improvements on R1 originals. Inferno features one of the largest modpack fleets ever assembled, with over a hundred models including original capital ships and UVMapped upgrades of old favorites such as the Lindos and Hedetet. [b]>25[/b] new, custom crafted weapon effects to provide the ultimate Inferno experience, from the Terran Plasma Accelerator to EA Hypervelocity missiles. Because it wouldn't be Inferno without things blowing up in spectacular fashion. [b]10[/b] tabled music tracks, along with other event music including never heard before original compositions.
